New Transcendence/Telos Roadmap 2021/2022 released

It appears we have a new roadmap for this year ready based upon that Pascal tweeted it, well, actually not so new since this was tweeted already a month ago.

It appears to be very similar in style to the previous Roadmap for 2020 in that it tells only about some technical things and mainly leaves all the fun stuff out, like Cryptomages. But then again, Cryptomages didn’t come out in 2020, so maybe it was for accuracy.

When reading this roadmap, it is good to compare it to the previous one to have some idea how well these plans will come together. I would say, without actually thoroughly checking it, that about half of what was in roadmap 2020, did happen, and then another 1/4th happened in some different form than originally planned, and another 1/4th didn’t happen. So perhaps this is what we can expect from this one too.

But what is there now:

TELOS WALLET isn’t really telling us much anything. It mentions there are going to be two votings, one about Telos fundamentals (rewards, collateral, split) and another about a hard fork, which actually sounds pretty much the same as the first one, except that it adds voting about magnet links, which seems to be connected to the third thing mentioned, which is to add Transcendence Cloud to wallet I suppose, although the wording is just talking about adding magnet links to use in Transcendence Cloud (which it says will be voted on hard fork part?)

In short. Seems the plan from technical stuff is to add Transcendence Cloud (used to be Amicloud) to Wallet and add a Magnetic link feature to be able to use it with the blockchain. And non technically to have votes about telos fundamentals, which will probably happen through Dashboard actually, although they technically are Wallet features.

XBTX WALLET section mentions only DYNANET being added, more about that in the DYNANET DEX part.

XBTX ASSETS section mentions a couple of Assets that are planned to be created using the XBTX Asset creation system:

AML token is for the AML-Now KYC system
BAM (Brick And Mortar) is meant for real estate stuff
EUREX is to my understanding Euro Bound token, meaning the price of one Eurex should always be exactly one Euro
CO2 token is meant for Greenbox (a different version of a Bluebox).

DYNANET DEX tells in more detail about the DYNANET that is mentioned in the XBTX Wallet part. It is planned that next month first trusted nodes will be put up for this Dynanet DEX, and I suppose these are the same trusted nodes that I have mentioned in “Telos R – What is it?”-article, which also tells you more about the part where it mentions Telos R as one of the roadmap features in DYNANET.

It also mentions that DYNANET will have Crosschain feature that will be used by bitdorado, probably meaning that Bitdorado could be used as an exchange basically.

Swap & Merge part I leave uncommented, since I am too unsure what exactly it is talking about.

TRANSCENDENCE DASHBOARD tells about stuff that has actually partially been even done already (I saw the first work-in-progress version of this Roadmap already at February I think). It mentions built-in KYC, which might be the AML there already, or maybe something else, Built-in Masternode hosting, meaning you can easily set up master nodes without tech-how just using the dashboard, and hash power renting using the dashboard, which is basically the same as we have in Bitdorado already but would be doable directly from the dashboard.

Cloud I suppose is the same as Transcendence Cloud in the TELOS WALLET section, and Multiservice is just vaguely without details mentioning that there is a plan to merge Indiego, Cloud, and dashboard all into the same. That basically I suppose Indiego store would work through the dashboard. Last, CO2 token is mentioned again, as it was mentioned in XBTX ASSETS already once.

GENERAL UPDATES mentions built-in arbitrage trading, does it mean that users can do it automatically or something else, is not told. Tax reporting is mentioned, and have also to at least some part even added to the dashboard already, I myself used it for end of year tax reporting already. And then there is mention of antifraud on the on-chain analysis level. I am not sure how exactly that works, but I guess this vague description gives already quite a good idea of the general idea.

This is the plan, and hopefully it works out fully and more stuff comes too. Based upon how the 2020 roadmap happened, I suppose we can expect quite many of these to become reality and some more stuff too that are not mentioned here at all.

New Greenbox marketing video released

Yesterday I mentioned that Pascal announced in discord that Telos marketing is about to switch a gear.

And two days ago I told you about a new marketing video released about Alexandria Proof of Storage.

Today I am telling you about another video released, this time about Greenbox.

I guess this is to show that marketing gear have changed.

This Greenbox video is available from Transcendence Blockchain Linkedin Account, which in itself is bit of a news item enough to mention that such a thing exists.

Video in short tells about Greenbox in short form, pointing out you can earn money and Co2 tokens at same time, and that your Co2 tokens can be even publicly seen, which can be enticing to companies wishing to show they have some other green values too than just the color of their money.

By other words, Greenbox saves the earth, makes you the good guy, and is something that any company should get one for themselves unless they are situated in North Korea. For after all, you just compare the satellite image of South and North Korea at evening and you can notice that while others talk and have Earth Hour once a year, North Korea keeps having Earth Hour every day all day long.

Buy plenty of Greenboxes and save the earth while making my Telos value high and me filthy rich. Earth, me, and the future generations thank you.

Lucky 7 article “GREENBOX REDUCES CO2 EMISSION AND OFFERS PASSIVE INCOME AS A STIMULATION”

Catching up with the next Lucky 7 article.

This article was published on July 30th, and it is about Greenbox.

This article will give you a bit of an introduction to Greenbox without going into too much detail and you could basically send this article for someone to introduce him to the Greenbox.

The CointTribune article about Greenbox (in french)

We now have one article about Telos in French language.

The CoinTribune released an article about greenbox in their web publication. Is this a result of a before in TELOSNEWS.COM mentioned Cointelegraph greenbox article, that would be our guess, but regardless, at least as far as I recall and know, this is also the first French language article about Telos.

If you know your french, head on to The CoinTribune to read it, and if you don’t, google translate does a fairly good job from French to English.

Cointelegraph article “Blockchain Firm Releases Low Power Mining Device to Fight CO2 Emissions”

Cointelegraph have released another Telos related article, this time article about Greenbox.

Go and spread it around people!

Lucky Seven Monday Article “Directly from Transcendence kitchen, development of GREENBOX, a solution for energy-wasting blockchains”

While today is a Wednesday, this article indeed was released on Monday, although actually for over a week ago already since I am catching up with the news still having been so busy for about two weeks now already.

Lucky Seven talks about Greenbox this time, the box that hasn’t received much attention so far, probably mainly because it is basically a business solution more than a personal solution.

Only very few people worry about their carbon emission enough to look to get some CO2 certificates to balance their carbon, but Businesses, on the other hand, worry much more about this because they are being forced to worry about it. If they don’t get CO2 certificates, their factory might be shut down as too polluting, hence Greenbox is an excellent idea for businesses, and not so much for people, especially for those who notice there is something fishy about all this fuss about Carbon emission like when Brazil forest fires went on and people were afraid that the lungs of earth were depleted and we will run out of oxygen, some expert advised us by freely from memory said “Don’t worry, Brazil forest didn’t mean much to oxygen since there anyway weren’t enough CARBON to produce the oxygen”, wait, weren’t we supposed to reduce the Carbon and now they say there weren’t enough of it?

Be whatever way it is, I am anyway for those CO2 certificates since idea is that those certificates mean you bought new trees and similar, and that is a good thing anyway, whether there is any worry about Carbon emission or not.

Melchionda Networks Telos Coin interview part 3 – Piggybank 2.0, Tangent TELOS Cards, Greenbox, and a bit more.

And part 3 of the interview happened last night, this time they talked about Piggy Bank, Tangent TELOS Cards, Greenbox and after those also mentioned governance.rocks and a bluephone a bit. Video also shows what was known already long before, that even Dev follows TELOSNEWS.COM to keep himself up-to-date on what is happening with his projects.

Now my Germany is really failing me when it comes to the competition they are running there. You can check the rules to attend the competition from first parts video, but as far as I misunderstood, winner was supposed to be told in next video, or in this last video, which it obviously wasn’t since competition is still going and as far as I misunderstood it, it would be announced on next video, which puzzles me greatly since I don’t think they mentioned anything about more videos coming, unless they perhaps mean they are planning to make an English version of the same three-part video, which I saw as a rumor at one point.

So who knows, maybe we will still today see part 1 of English-language version of the same?

Anyway, if you are not speaking German, you can check instructions from this earlier article on how to turn on Youtubes about decedent auto-translator, which didn’t help me figure out when the competition winner will be announced.

Greenbox – Your CO2 certificate generator -available for ordering

And another announcement first done by YourBrainOnBlockchain, this time it is an announcement of Greenboxes being available to order through YourBrainOnBlockchain.

Greenbox is very much like a Bluebox, except it is directed for companies, and instead of meant to just make a profit like Blueboxes are, Greenboxes idea is to work as an cheap alternative for Companies to get their CO2 certificates.

It is a quite brilliant approach actually. Normally companies would simply pay 100 Euros to buy some certain amount of CO2 certificates, but now instead they could use the same 100 Euros, and instead of getting just 100 Euros worth of CO2 certificates, they will get much more worth of certificates since those 100 Euros will be used to buy for example Telos node and these nodes profits are then used to automatically buy CO2 certificates.

You could say that with Greenbox you are buying a CO2 certificate generator that keeps producing you more and more CO2 certificates in time.

No need to worry each year to buy those Certificates when you can just buy Greenbox once and it takes care of it automatically each year.

Although I mentioned 100 Euros, price is not that cheap actually, but you can either buy one for around 599 Euros to your company to operate yourself, or you can buy a full service version that also includes 100k Telos nodes for 1 500 Euros a piece.

Concept is pretty simple. Lets say you want to get your footprint compensated. If you live in Germany your carbon footprint in a year is about 11 000 Kg. One Greenbox in YourBrainOnBlockchains example produces roughly 4 000 Kg worth of certificates a year. So pay once to get yourself 3 Greenboxes, and you can continue living as you like forever as your Carbon Footprint is more than compensated with these three boxes with this one time bought.

All projects for greenboxes are chosen by MyClimate and are approved by the United Nations.

If you are looking for an easy way to get CO2 certificates for your company, well, Greenbox automates it all. All you have to do is to order a Greenbox, and everything else, including buying those CO2 certificates, will be done for you. No need to waste manpower, just buy greenbox.

Rumors: Third coin for Transcendence, Bluephone price drop, Vector codec for Videos

Quite a lot of talk have been happening on background that has not been news item worthy, mainly because they have not been official, yet something TELOSNEWS.COM readers will probably be interested anyway, hence this Rumors article. Nothing you read here is official unless otherwise stated, and these might, or might not happen. As of now, they are just rumors.

It is official that Bluephone is coming, however, as they have not been available to buy yet and exact details have been missing, TELOSNEWS.COM have therefore refrained from making a news item about it.

Bluephone, in short, is going to be a mobile phone. Okay, so do we need yet another mobile phone? Well, both Android and Applestore prohibit releasing master node running things. As Dev happens to have his own operating system Aeros, he is now in a position to make a phone which will be running a master node on the background. Mobile phones nowadays are anyway on and connected to the internet, usually 24 hours a day, so why not use it to run a masternode and let the mobile pay its price back and make even profit to have money to buy the next one.

Bluephone was originally supposed to be higher priced since the first run was going to be sort of a test run to those interested until the real consumer-run would come at some point in future which would be cheaper.

However, since HuobiGlobal Exchange has now talked of a plan to make a similar idea phone as Bluephone, Dev has revised his plan and is now planning to at least match Huobiglobals price.

Will this new pricing affect the original plan of including a 100k Telos node with each phone, that remains to be seen.

And how tight a fight are we going to get here, remains to be seen too. However, so far Dev has been commenting that what Huobiglobal have released details about their phone don’t yet match that of Bluephones, so at least currently we seem to be ahead of the game.

Yesterday Dev went on to meet with Transcendence Associates, to be more specific, board member of the coming exchange and YourBrainOnBlockChain partner.

Lots of things were discussed, among these even of a third coin for Transcendence Network.

The idea behind this third coin is very practical. HINT has released an AML4.0 standard, and as it happens to be, Dev already has talked about his VAN-player in 2015 (item 5), which has a codec that in his opinion is the best match for AML4.0 standard currently existing.

VAN can play Vector ANimation, which means that it can save for example Videos in Vector format making it take less space than current video streaming systems and it is completely lossless format in addition meaning that you can have an unlimited amount of resolution and zoom without it becoming a pixel mess.

This third coins main point seems to be in having blockchain for these videos. Basically Dev said coin would be similar to Civic, but more sophisticated, especially on video storage part.

Coins fundamentals would be different from the previous two (that be Telos and Subsidium). This time “mining” wouldnt be open, but you could buy nodes (perhaps through peertoro?) and earn revenue shares. There would also not be any fixed rewards amount.

Dev is planning to ask for EU fund for developing this third coin as it is the closest thing to AML4.0 standard currently, so I guess depending upon how goes with the EU funding, will also depend upon how fast we will hear more about this third coin possibility.

In addition to meeting with Transcendence Associates, they also made a call to Dach coin, and there was talk about a merge. I guess we might hear about this in the near future more, supposing it does happen. Part of the talk was about what will happen to DachExchange in case of a merge, whether it stays or not, and for how long.

While mainly the discussion was of a less concrete in nature about Bitdorado Exchange and other things, there was however one concrete decision too, which was to release a Greenbox. What this is, and what does it do, your guess is as good as mine. However, a hint is that Dev mentioned about CO2 certificate. So that plus the name, it probably has something to do with the environment.

There was also talk about using Bounties to encourage people to join Telos kiva.org team.

Kiva is an organization where you can loan people as little money as just 25 USD, and it will make a big difference to their life in making them be able to put up a business to earn their living, and in best case even get a growing business that will give living to more than just the one you originally loaned the money to. Not only is this very small money for most us, but you are even likely getting it back, in which case you can use it to change another one’s life again.

Short mention was that there was talk about marketing/fairs, nothing concrete mentioned about them but I guess we can expect more Gamescom kind of things to happen, which resulted in nice amount of things that you can read about in my previous rumors article regarding Gamescom.

And last was also a talk about new whitepapers. Not that I am personally that interested in them, but if you been waiting for updated ones, then perhaps they are coming too. Anyway, quite many seem to have it as a criterion that if no whitepaper, they don’t even dig any further, so perhaps it is good to have updated ones.
