Biki Exchange closes

Biki Exchange is about to close down due to policy changes, in China I assume.

You can read more details from their announcement about it from about a week ago, but in short you should start withdrawing all your funds out from there before it is too late, but in practice you have until the end of November to do so.

Biki will start delisting trading pairs, planning on having all trading ceased at end of this month.

During November you can only withdraw, nothing else.

In case you fail to withdraw by end of November, you can get your cryptos back even after that, but Biki is going to be charging a 10 percent annual fee for safekeeping your cryptos, which makes the question of what if you just decide to forget about your coins, will you 11 years later need to pay them the amount of 10 percent annually?

Just to be on the safe side, better withdraw.

XBTX listing at Graviex Voting ended successfully

As mentioned in previous weeks news item, there was voting about whether to list XBTX to Graviex Exchange or not, and this voting has now come to an end:

And it was successful. 1200 votes were needed, 1201 was given, and option 1, which was “Yes”, was the only option getting votes.

In his comment on Saturday, Pascal mentioned he will contact Graviex about listing XBTX on Monday – that be today.

However, there has been some discussion in the discord channel by community members if it would be possible to instead list XBTX to TradeOgre Exchange. So far this discussion hasn’t gone to a serious level, but it does seem at least some people are thinking TradeOgre as a good alternative, so if you wish to push this idea forward that instead of listing to Graviex, list to TradeOgre, hurry up to Discord and voice your opinion, and perhaps there comes a new vote either to dashboard or in discord.

Voting about adding XBTX to Graviex

For a couple of days now there has been in the dashboard voting about adding Bitcoin Subsidium (XBTX) to Graviex:

To put it simply, one vote costs 1000 Telos, and you can either vote “yes” or “no”.

Usually those voting “no” don’t actually vote, but in case you like to do that, you can, in which case if “no” wins, the amount collected will be passed to the next similar kind of listing a coin to some exchange vote.

Actually, this will also happen in case “yes” wins but there are not enough votes to pay for the Graviex listing price, which is 1.2 Million Telos, or 1 200 votes in votes.

On the 10th of Aug there were 163 votes there, so could use some more love, especially since Pascal is matching with one vote for each “yes” vote, making the community need to vote only 600 votes in total from which 1/4th might already be there.

While I did like it when XBTX was all in Bitdorado only, since it was nice seeing all trades in one place, I however voted “yes” myself too since the idea with this Graviex listing is that it would be the third exchange that Coingecko and similar accept and demand. That the idea isn’t actually so much in getting XBTX to Graviex, but in getting XBTX listed to Coingecko and similars, and they demand 3 exchanges that they approve, and Graviex would be the 3rd one. And this then again opens more opportunities for the conquering of the world for our dear Bitcoin Subsidum (XBTX).

Do notice that basically voting is open until the 14th day only, but in the description it explains that if the vote hasn’t reached its target, then voting will be extended.

Now is a good time to try Dashboard’s new voting system which is much simpler than before. No more manual transactions, but you just confirm you want to vote “yes” or “no”, and the rest is automatic.

SouthXchange now trades XBTX/BTC pair

Bit of old news already, but for some time already now you have been able to trade Bitcoin Subsidium (XBTX) against Bitcoin (BTC) in SouthXchange.

3 Bounty Votings on Dashboard

There are currently 3 different Bounty/Votings on Dashboard that you can participate in.

First one to close, less than a week later, is TELOS LED-SCREEN ADVERTISINGS voting.

Which, as the name already suggests, is about collecting some Telos to Fund some modern-day billboard advertising, which nowadays is being handled by LED-Screens instead of actual physical posters.

I first thought what a silly idea to use Billboards to advertise Cryptos until Discord user Bitcoin_Bond_007 told me how these things work nowadays. Apparently, due to the LED-Screen nature, you could have them show only for one specific hour, and only in some specific locations, making it both cheap and effective.

As an example, suppose there is a Crypto coin conference in Berlin. Now imagine then that this conference opens on Friday at 7 PM. Well, how about having LED-screens showing Telos from 5 pm to 7 pm on all the roads that lead to the conference place?
You only need a couple of those Led-Screens and only for a very short time, meaning the price is not that high, and yet, the audience is very targeted!

I admit, I had completely missed where modern day billboards are nowadays, but likely not everyone was as out of date like me and this have so far received 150 votes, which in Telos means 150k Telos since one vote costs 1k Telos. So looking good, but could use some more still.

Second one to close, bit less than a month later (21st April), is “New Listing at Probit Exchange”-voting

This is about getting Telos listed at Probit Exchange, which CoinMarketCap seems to be ranking as number 26 exchange at the time of writing this.

Similar to the previous voting, in this one too each vote costs 1k Telos and so far it has got only 9 votes. So if you like to see Telos listed on more Exchanges, here is your chance to make it happen by giving it some more votes.

Last one to close (22nd April) is “Creating Complete WhitePaper”-vote

This is for all you who have been complaining about Telos not having proper White Paper.

As you might know, Pascal doesn’t really like making a White Paper, hence there is now a vote/bounty for this specific purpose to hire someone proper to make a proper White Paper.

Like in the previous two, each vote costs 1k Telos and the vote target is 50 votes, but the real target is actually 100k Telos. It is just that BitCoin_Bond_007 has promised to give the other 50k, as long as voting gets the first 50k.

Currently Whitepaper vote has 0 votes, meaning that either you people who complain about missing proper white paper stop complaining about it, or you go and do some voting.

Lucky 7 Article “Teloscoin (TELOS) listed on Coinsbit”

Lucky 7 has also written a short article/news item about Teloscoin listed to Coinsbit like TELOSNEWS did too, however, Lucky 7 points out something TELOSNEWS had oversight of, the DAO-teams role in it, since basically Coinsbit exchanges listing of TELOS was the first fruits of the DAO-team.

Read it from Cryptoacid.

Coinsbit Exchange listed TELOS

And here we go, first one of the many more to come of the Exchanges that finally got into their senses and listed the best coin of them all to their exchange.

You can now find from Coinsbit Exchange the following TELOS pairs:
TELOS/ETH
TELOS/BTC
TELOS/USDT

According to Coingeckos list of top Crypto Exchanges, at the time of writing this, Coinsbit exchange is number 31 Exchange in their list, but with TELOS listed there they are now well on their way towards number one spot.
After all, there’s plenty of turd along the way to pass, the ones who say they look for the best coins to list and for last well over two and half years have missed the best one of them all.

Well, goodbye to those ones. Wont be missed, except when out of paper.

All major Exchanges are working again for Deposit and Withdrawal.

Well, that took some time.

More than a month ago TELOSNEWS.COM warned you about doing Withdrawals and Deposits to and from exchanges until Telos fork was done.

And, while it started from Graviex, it also ended with Graviex. For Graviex was the first one to hold the drawing/withdrawals, as well as the last one to fix them.

Other exchanges had actually updated and fixed everything even weeks ago already, but I didnt want to tell you it is okay to withdraw/deposit until it would be safe for every major Telos exchange to do so, since after all, TELOSNEWS.COM is also meant for the lazy people who just want to know if it works or not, and nothing between.

And so it happened that someone had not read his TELOSNEWS.COM properly and decided to make a withdrawal from Graviex to his wallet, and lucky to him, and the rest of us too, it actually happened successfully. Us hence knowing that Graviex Telos deposit/withdrawals are working again.

Time for some trading again people!

Graviex Withdraw/Deposit on hold for upcoming Telos fork (other exchanges should follow)

Graviex has announced that Telos Deposits and Withdrawals are currently on hold, this is due to a request from the Telos team due to preparation for the coming fork.

This withdrawal/Deposit holding should happen with other exchanges too, so right now, effective immediately is that you should neither Deposit nor Withdraw any Telos from any exchange.

You can however keep trading with Telos as usual on these exchanges, as long as you already have them there, or you are buying some. Just don’t try to Deposit any Telos to any exchange, or try to withdraw any Telos from any exchange.

TELOSNEWS.COM will tell you when it is safe again to Deposit/Withdraw from exchanges, so do keep your eyes on news here.

Bitcoin Subsidium Classic (XBTXC) listed to Birake/Bitdorado Exchange

And thus Bitcoin Subsidium Classic (XBTXC) is born, or depends how you look at it since technically XBTXC been around longer than our current XBTX which basically replaced XBTXC couple of months ago as is the habit with coin forks most of time.

Anyway, when XBTX was forked from GPU minable coin to GPU resistant coin in favor of making it CPU minable coin, it left an empty spot open for those people who actually favored GPU mining.

Hence Pascal figured that hey, why not actually make XBTX Classic as well. That would mean that instead of having just this new current CPU minable XBTX fork that replaced the old XBTX fork, we would also have the old fork existing at same time.

And this could be said to have happened two days ago when XBTXC was listed to Birake and Bitdorado Exchange to be traded against BTC.

Meaning you can now trade your XBTX Classic coins against BTC and vice versa.

Nice thing about this is that as long as you had some XBTX when the last XBTX fork happened, then you will already own some XBTX Classic too.

That if you had 1000 XBTX at the time of fork, then you will also have 1000 XBTX Classic coins now in addition to whatever you are currently holding of the current XBTX.

Question is if there will happen much with XBTX Classic or not, and will it be updated ever, for example in case there is some serious bug found, and that remains to be seen.

I quess it would depend upon whether people actually do some trading with the classic or not, and that might be partially dependent upon what Pascal does with it.

As far as I can recall, I think Pascal have mentioned that he basically does plan to support XBTX Classic too if people are interested, by accepting XBTXC as a payment method for his products.

Oh, and question that is probably burning on many readers mind is in how to access these XBTX Classics they already have.

Well, if you are like me, that you had them stored in Birake/Bitdorado Exchange, instead of actually having a wallet, then you just have to wait and hope that the exchange at some point decides to support it in such a way that you can get access to your Classic coins as well.

Otherwise, if I understood right, there will be a new wallet released soon that will show the classic coins you have, although basically I guess you could use some previous fork XBTX wallet version as well to access them.

TELOS/ETH, TELOS/BIR trading pairs added to Bitdorado and Birake exchange

Today new trading pairs for Telos have appeared to both Bitdorado Exchange, as well as Birake Exchange. These new pairs being TELOS/BIR and TELOS/ETH.

This means that those people who have been wanting to change their Birake and Ethereum coins into Telos coins, but have so far not done it since it is so difficult to first exchange to Bitcoins and then to Telos, can now directly trade all their BIR and ETH coins for Telos coins.

Welcome aboard. Better late than never!

WARNING! Don’t use CREX24 for trading Telos now!

Crex24 Exchange is likely still using Telos 2, instead of the new Telos 3. So if you trade there, you are effectively trading with Telos 2 in there.

Therefore, Don’t trade Telos in Crex24 until it is confirmed it is safe to trade there again.

Of course, the interesting bit about this is that perhaps Telos 2 won’t be completely abandoned like Telos 1 was after the previous fork, but maybe thanks to Crex24, we will have Telos 2 and Telos 3 both existing at the same time. I, however, doubt there will be much price for Telos 2 compared to Telos 3, since except for Crex24, I wonder if anyone else is going to be supporting it, especially when considering that Stake Grinding and Phantom Nodes both exist in Telos 2 still, so there isn’t really much point in keeping it around.

Bitdorado Exchange opens, sort of.

Bitdorado has taken its first steps into an exchange and you can now (as of since 27th of Feb) actually use it as an exchange.

After all this waiting, this might not satisfy you all as bitdorado exchange currently operates under Birake Exchange.

But do understand that Bitdorados idea is to be much more than an exchange, and actually that bitdorado is exchange at all is just a side-effect as Pascal said, that its intention is not in being yet another exchange, but exchange part just happens to be part of it all, so why not use it too.

Hence we now have bitdorado exchange that operates under Birake.

Nothing that special yet, but it is still nice having its own exchange for the Transcendence project.

From now on if you are thinking of buying or selling Telos coins, I would suggest using Bitdorado Exchange for it.

And do keep in mind, this is just the beginning yet.

Bitdorado OTC trading opened.

Bitdorado isn’t yet open the way other crypto exchanges are, but parts of it are already opening, and OTC (Over-The-Counter) Trading is now available.

What this OTC in Crypto World, and specifically in Bitdorados case means is that you can send an offer to buy or sell some crypto coins, and bitdorado will send you an offer about what price they are willing to do the trade for.

Idea is that normally when we are talking of, especially, low volume coins, if you try to buy a bigger amount the problem is that the price goes up because there aren’t many coins on sale, or if you want to sell many at once, then the price goes down since likewise, there aren’t that many sellers either.

By doing Over-The-Counter trade you are doing the trade outside of any exchange and you will be doing the deal directly with Bitdorado. Hence your deal won’t affect the price since either the coins you are buying are not available through any exchange, but they are given directly by bitdorado from their big bag of savings not visible to anyone, or likewise, bitdorado will pay you euros directly from their pocket, in which case none of the sale orders available in exchanges are being filled, since once again, your coins will end up directly to bitdorados big bag of coins.

However, do notice that currently Bitdorado demands that OTC deals need to be valued at a minimum of 5 000 Euros to do them.

Notice also that if you are a Premium Member of Bitdorado, which should be available for 400 000 Telos now that the cheaper 200 000 Telos memberships to my understanding are already gone, then instead of asking an offer from Bitdorado, you can make the deal based upon Coingeckos current price.

And do notice, if you have one of the eligible bitdorado edition items, like bluebox bitdorado edition, you are not eligible for this membership OTC offer, since the bluebox you own is the member, not you yourself.

Bitdorados OTC-trading offer is available to both Buying and Selling, although the form shows only Buying as an option. But it doesn’t really make a difference since to sell for example TELOS against BTC, You just choose the “Buy BTC”-option and Buy them with TELOS, making it the same as selling your TELOS against BTC.

Available currencies to trade currently are:
TELOS, XBTX, AML, LEDLY, VEND, BTC.

FIAT currencies are planned to come to the mix in the already near future, but I guess that will depend upon getting licenses to do so first.

Coins can now apply to Bitdorado exchange.

It was announced that Coins can now apply to get listed to the upcoming Bitdorado exchange.

Listing to Bitdorado will also result in being listed to pools, instatrade, OTC and bots. And also being added to Piggybanks and Blueboxes when applicable.

Listing can either be done against a fee, which varies from coin to coin, or coin can try to get listed through being voted, which actually costs too as voting costs and could in worse case cost even more than simply paying the negotiated listing fee.

If someone is interested in working as an agent to some coin in getting listed, this agent will get some percentage of this listing fee to himself, which is nice.

This also reminds me that those with Bitdorado memberships, either with having paid for one, or having got it otherwise, like from one of the bitdorado edition blueboxes, will also get a share of the listing fee if I have understood right.

Biki Exchange video interview about Pascal and Telos

Biki Exchange has done a very nice interview video about Pascal regarding Telos.

While the Video starts bit slow (if you are impatient, consider skipping first 4-5 minutes), it is well worth watching since at point it finally starts getting to the point, it tells us even things we didn’t know before like Pascal tells a lot about Hive browser and related, including things not told publically before.

Other things he tells about in this Video are PiggyBank, Cryptomages, Kryptobay, AmiCloud, Bluebox, Access to Quantum Computers, Greenbox, governance.rocks.

All in all, you could say that this video works as a very nice second part video for the Introduction to Telos video that we told you about in an earlier article since there is surprisingly little overlapping between these two videos and while the introduction video is mainly concentrating on things already here, this video tells a lot about things coming in near future.

Basically if you want to introduce someone to Telos, I would first show him the previous video, and right after that, this one:

Biki 2.5 Million TELOS give away!

Biki Exchange, that was told about in one of the previous articles in TELOSNEWS.COM, and which rushed TELOS price up a bit to make it a top gainer in coinmarketcap for a while, have now announced a 2.5 Million TELOS give away!

This give away is separated into two different events.

The first one that started the 10th day, and that ends already tomorrow, is the Invite your friends part whereby inviting at least 10 people to Biki Exchange, you will get 1 000 TELOS as a reward. This is open for the first 1 000 people only, and 1 Million TELOS is reserved for that.

The second part will start tomorrow, and lasts one week until the 22nd of Jan.

In this second part, it is all about trading. There are 1.5 Million TELOS given to people who trade TELOS at Biki Exchange during that time, and this means both buys and sells, and this 1.5 Million is divided based upon how much each trade. So if you traded 1 Million Telos during that time, you will likely be getting quite a big chunk of that 1.5 Million to yourself.

In last 5 days time, there have been roughly 1 Million Telos per day traded, which would mean that if same continues, in a week there would be 7 Million TELOS traded, and that would mean that if you bought (or sold) TELOS during that time, then for each 5 TELOS you would buy (or sell), you would get 1 extra TELOS on top of that. So 20 percent extra TELOS for your buys. Now that’s some cheap TELOS!

Expect the price to rise again I guess.

Midex Exchange open and Telos included.

On last September TELOSNEWS.COM told you about Midas Investment having added Telos to their list of coins and that article also mentioned about their plans of opening own exchange where your coins would automatically be staking as long as they are in their Exchange.

Well, they have now at the beginning of this year opened their Exchange – Midex, and done the smartest move any exchange can do by adding Telos as one of their traded coins.

Screenshot of Bir..er..Midex that looks awfully familiar in its looks.
Well, as long as it works, plus easier to use when they don’t look too far apart from each other.

Telos number 1 Gainer in Biki Exchange

Not really a piece of news since we all knew that would happen, but right when Telos trading started at Biki Exchange, in its first 24 hours (30th of December), Telos became the number 1 gainer from all the coins in Biki Exchange.

as expected, Telos is numero uno!

Biki.com Exchange lists TELOS

Biki.com has officially announced, for example through their Medium account, that they have now listed Telos to their Exchange.

This deal is one of the fruits from Malta AI & Blockchain Summit Pascal visited earlier this year as was told by TELOSNEWS.COM earlier to you.

Biki.com is one of the bigger exchanges as you can see from coinmarketcap page about them and also shows signs of becoming even bigger. For many it might be surprising to hear this since most have not heard about them yet. But this is because Biki have concentrated on Asian market so far, although lately it seems they are starting to expand their user base towards rest of the world too.

You can already deposit Telos in there, but actual Trading wont start until 3 days later on 30th day at which point it will be possible to do trading between TELOS/USDT.

Announcement is well worth a read since it gives a nice short introduction to Telos including some never before seen comments from Pascal, as well as has a nice list of links that you can use to start following Biki.com.
