About PARAcoin and minting/staking it in Bitdorado

First the bad news, your each TELOS in addition becoming also one PARA is no more.

Right when, not so long ago, we were happily celebrating our bunch of PARAs coming with the coming of PARA Explorer, it is no more, but the plan has changed.

See why I tend to categorize these as rumor articles since you never know when everything changes until they really are there, which I actually pretty much thought they were with the existence of Explorer, but seems you can’t trust even that yet.

This turn of events was a bit unfortunate. All this time I told people I knew to stick to TELOS since they are about to receive PARAs in addition to their TELOS, but now in a sudden turn in one short announcement, this changed.

Now the good news however is, that you can still get PARAs, and you still need TELOS to get them.

In addition, it is likely that PARAs are going to be making quite a nice Profit Yield, especially now that some of the original plans that bit worried me are gone and replaced with new ones, or at least looks like it, for I am not sure at all what is the plan with PARAs exactly currently, hence also the status of rumor article for this one too, since what I am about to tell you, is very much a guess game, and either might be wrong or could change by tomorrow.

So how to get these precious PARAs?

Well, first of all, you need an account in Bitdorado, for that is the only place where you can currently mint PARAs.

When you have an account in Bitdorado, you also need TELOS, and some other coin, and they both need to be in Coin & Growth pools.

The system is that you pick how many Euros worth of PARAs you want, and each PARA is one EURO. So you could for example pick 10 EUROs worth of TELOS and 10 EUROs worth of XBTX, and it would result in 20 EUROs worth of PARAs, which is 20 PARAs.

And these TELOS and XBTX would then be reduced from your Coin & Growth pools.

Now do notice it is 10 EUROs worth of TELOS and XBTX, which means with the current market price around 2000 XBTX and about the same amount of TELOS, just to get 10 PARA coins, so with the current low price of XBTX, it really is not worth it to use XBTX, but to rather use some other coin to pair with TELOS.
It is always TELOS and some other coin of the same EUR amount, so you can’t avoid using your TELOS for them.

However, that isn’t necessarily that bad, for this is very much a guess from me, but if I understood right, PARAs value at least partially is dependent upon the value of the coins you use to mint them. That they might be somehow attached to them.

So while TELOS might be a bit low, when in the future TELOS however goes higher, so will PARAs value too, so you might not lose any TELOS value by changing them to PARAs, since PARAs value might be attached to TELOS value to quite a high extent.

Now, what else determines PARAs value, or to what is it even used for, I have no clue. I have completely missed that part of the information and I don’t seem to be only one feeling somewhat confused about what PARA is and other things related to it, but seems like everyone else is minting their PARAs same way as I am, with the point that it is coming from Pascal, so its probably worth getting some at beginning to yield the best profits, although, that reminds me, Pascals original pricing for TELOS was 7 Euro cents…

But, when it comes to PARA, there is a high yield. How much profit it yields depends upon how many coins there are. More coins, less profit. How exactly does that work, your guess is as good as mine.

I just know that when I first time checked that PARA staking page in Bitdorado, it showed over 85 000 percent profit yield per year, and now in a very short time (due to minting) it has already dropped to 10 000 percent APY, and will expectedly drop still much more, but I do guess it will even eventually make a quite nice profit even it will still, of course, drop huge amounts from the current one.

However, do notice there is a bit of a trick here in this APY, for it can easily fool you to look like much higher than it is. Or, it is what it is in APY, but monthly APY is totally different thing. For by quick look I was myself too looking that wow, I will 100 x my PARAs in just one month, but actually, Bitdorado calculates APY based upon Cumulative interest. And when you look it through Cumulative interest, the higher the monthly profit, the multiplicatively higher the APY.

So for example, lets take 100 percent profit a month (that is double the amount each month), when we look this cumulatively, we notice it goes: 100, 200, 400, 800, 1 600, 3 200, 6 400, 12 800, 25 600, 51 200, 102 400, 204 800.

By other words, if you have 100 percent yield per month, then the APY (Annual Profit Yield) is 204 800 percent, which is more than at beginning mentioned 85 000 APY.

From this you can notice, that your money wont be multiplied by 100, or even by 10 in just one month, but actually, it is going to be less than doubled.

However, even with the 10 000 APY, we are still talking of a monthly number of close to 50 percent, so not so bad. And Actually, even with 1 000 APY, we would still be talking of a number of close to 25 percent monthly interest, which still isn’t bad at all, add to this the potential value rise of PARA, and you might actually get your 10 x multiplication or something in somewhat a short time, Could be, still during this year.

Wanna get to the next newest profit yielding thing? PARA is probably the way to go.

Two more weeks?

So, another rumour article, and situation basically still the same. Things are happening, papers have been moving… but nothing really seeable from users point of view.

However, New Dashboard is already on testing by some of the community members, so that might actually finally be coming out soon. Also, just to point out that the current public Dashboard version is not actually the latest version existing, later versions have just not been released to public yet, so we are not getting just a next version of dashboard, but perhaps the third version after the current one.

Also, another more concrete seeming was that Pascal was talking that Kryptobay would finally be coming back, two weeks later. Now did he refer to phrase “two weeks later” or did he really mean that? It did sound like he really meant it, but I really cant be sure. Hope I understood it right, since then next month things might finally start taking off again more concretely to us users.

Things move forward – slowly

Or that is what you would think when nothing much seeable is happening, but don’t let that fool you.

While there hasn’t happened anything that I like to report about, it doesn’t mean nothing has happened.

I Haven’t written any news during the month since there hasn’t been any of the kind of news that I like to report, hence this is another rumour article to have at least one news item this month too.

Lots of papers have moved and got accepted, and lots of papers have been filed on behalf of Telosland things. So things are moving, although nothing that we, the users, can really react to.

However, one of the more concrete things from the user’s point of view that has happened is that the UNIPIG token is now available to trade at SouthXchange. Now I am not sure what that UNIPIG token actually is, as far as I have understood, it is part of Peerschweinchen that has been available to Germans only (which is why I haven’t really dug into it) until now and it also has some real value to back it, which can also be seen when checking its price, which at time of writing this is 3.64 BTC per 1 UNIPIG. Yes, 1 UNIPIG is three times more valuable than BTC.

Another thing is that Kryptobay is going to have a local shop that will work as a showroom for NFTs. The idea being that just like there will be those OldMobiles, there would also be for example a TV in Kryptobay, where the idea is that if you get 50 NFT cards related to that TV, then you can have it for yourself.

There is also a STARTUP token planned in the future, which, if I understood right, would somehow be merging previous tokens like UNIPIG and BAM into it, but I didn’t quite get how, nor will I find out, since this is a rumour article and hence accuracy isn’t such a priority.

Anyway, STARTUP token’s main idea is to finance Startups, and it sounds pretty interesting.

Other than that, things do look good, the question is just when.

Things to happen in near future in Telosland

Keep in mind that I categorized this article as a rumour article. While these things here are basically things that Pascal has announced, you can’t really trust that he wouldn’t change his mind still since there are so many moving parts here. I’m also not checking much of these things, but mainly writing from memory what Pascal has lately been saying on various, mainly Discord Channels.

Klimatas (KTS) is right now in process of getting a new fork which among other things, removes the cold nodes.

Telos R is no more. Pascal changed his mind (proves my point why this is rumour article) and decided there is no need for Telos R, at least for now.

Instead, there are going to be two different forks made from Teloscoin: Paracoin (PARA) and MooNET(MUU), of which I haven’t wrote anything about before yet.

Basically, it seems Pascal have got tired that when something happens with Teloscoin, people think it is happening to EOS/TLOS, hence he has decided to make two new coins, and if I have understood it correctly, his idea is basically to let these new coins do the things he meant Teloscoin to do.

Don’t worry however, Teloscoin will still stay as it is, and it will be accepted as payment for Teloslands services in the future too. Hence Telos will likely still get higher valued in future, although not as high as might have been expected before, instead, some of this future high value will now go to Paracoin and Muu.

XBTX chain is likely going to get two different things in near future. One is Security Token (STO), which ones purpose I actually forgot already what it was for. Only thing I remember is that this STO will only be available for small amount of people, like to only 100 different people, due to legal technical reasons, so when they come, be sure to grab at least one to be able to get more in the future then, for if you are not one of the first 100 or whatever it was, chances are you will never get them.

Another is NFT based old car collection thing, which has an interesting twist. For each NFT will have like 50 cards or something, and they are attached to a real classic car. Collect all those 50 NFTs of that car series, and you can get that real car for yourself.

You can either try to buy all the NFT cards of one car, or you could maybe trade with other NFT owners so each one of you could get the full set of NFT cards of a car, much more interesting than trading with hockey cards or something.

In addition to this, other things seem to be moving forward too, like Bitdorado Poland is possibly soon registered and up, which is an interesting move in Bitdorado.

Bitdorado App is also about to be updated, and the new version should include multi wallet support, which means that you can start using Bitdorado as your wallet, and perhaps even more interesting to current Bitdorado users, this might give a possibility that when moving coins to or from Bitdorado, we maybe don’t need to wait for someone to manually approve them anymore, but this might become a more automated system. Just my guess, not an announcement.

Oh, And Klimatas coin (KTS) will be added to this multi wallet support too, as long as a comment on KTS Discord channel is to be believed. But do keep in mind. This is just a rumours article, maybe these happen, maybe they don’t, but at least you now have some idea of what might happen, even they might not.

More details revealed of Paracoin

Notice that I have categorized this article as a rumour, this is due to Pascal often changing his mind very fast, and I guess Paracoin details are not really set to stone. So basically this is official how it is going to be but prepare for a change of mind still.

During his holiday that he originally announced of having started from about 14th of December until the end of the year, on last day of last year he gave an announcement regarding Para coin.

In announcement he said that paracoin will come in two weeks time, that be roughly no later than the 14th of January. Notice that this is probably different from “two weeks later” which can mean any time between now and the second coming of Christ.

Master node collaterals for paracoin would be 100, 300, 1000, 3000, 10 000, making it very much affordable for most people supposing coins price be around the same as Teloscoin currently is.

He is also hinting in his announcement that Bluebox Telos master nodes might be replaced with Paracoin master nodes since Telos master nodes are about to be history after Telos changes to full POS coin, which in my guess will happen soon after the Paracoin fork is done first. This order of first Paracoin fork, then Teloscoin full POS fork, would be due to practical reasons I guess.

Each Paracoin Block would yield 1000 new coins until the first halving happens around July 22, and there will be a superblock of 300 000 para coins once every 30 days for the lucky one who gets it. Will halving also affect the size of the superblock is not told.

It is not said how often new blocks come, but I suppose it would be the same as Teloscoin – once per minute, in which case the amount of Paracoins would practically more than double by the time of halving, and halving taken into consideration, amount of Paracoins would about triple by the end of the first year.

If this halving continues the same way the next year, then at the end of the second year there will only be roughly 35 percent more coins compared to the end of the first year. So the first year is the time of high inflation and time to grab them coins as much as you can, while the second year will be much more stable already compared to the first one.

As a final reminder, I repeat the same as in the previous news item about Paracoin: You can already buy Paracoins by buying Teloscoins since Paracoin is going to be a fork of a Teloscoin. This means that as many Teloscoins you have at that moment, you will also have Paracoins the same amount.

As an example, if you have 100K Teloscoins at the moment of the fork, then after the fork you will have 100k Teloscoins, and 100K Paracoins.

And to clarify just in case; Teloscoin is not going anywhere, both Teloscoin and Paracoin will exist at the same time, hence having Teloscoins at the time of the fork will only be good for you since you will have both Teloscoins and Paracoins.

In addition, after the previous article, Pascal has confirmed that Bitdorado Turkey will support Paracoin fork. Rest of the place’s situation is the same as told in the previous article.

So go and buy those Teloscoins now already to get some Paracoins in addition to your Teloscoins and lift the Teloscoins price up!

Para coin is coming

Pascal has announced that Para (PAPARA) coin is about to come to the Transcendence ecosystem. When exactly, well, he said that due to taxation reasons, after year changes, which doesn’t necessarily mean exactly First of January but I would guess during the first days of the next year at least.

I haven’t quite got yet what this coin is about, I can only say that Pascal has mentioned that this coin is meant to be open for everyone, so maybe it is going to be taking part of the place that Teloscoin have originally meant to have as everyone’s coin.

While Para coin is not coming until next year, you can however sort of buy them already, for Pascal has announced that Para coin will be done by forking Teloscoin, which means that at the moment the fork is done, you will have the exact same amount of Paracoins, as you have Teloscoins.

For those who don’t know how this works, as a simple example, if you have 10 Teloscoins at the point the fork is done, you will at that point have 10 Teloscoins AND 10 Paracoins, both continue to exist and nothing is going to happen to Teloscoin but it continues to live like usual, you are just getting some more coins in addition to your Teloscoins as you will also get some Paracoins.

To put it slightly more technically, the idea with Forking is that you could say there is going to be made an exact copy of the Blockchain, and then these both blockchains, the original and the copy, keep living on independent from each other, only sharing the same blockchain up to the point when the fork was done. This is also why Teloscoin owners will get those Para coins to themselves since in practice the Teloscoins in the blockchain copy will be renamed as Para coins.

Now how do you then get these para coins to use in practice?

I have to say, this is something I am not exactly sure about. I suppose that if you have your Teloscoins in your regular wallet, like QT-wallet or Dashboard, then you simply need to have a copy of your “wallet.dat”-file (remember that Teloscoin has named that file different) and use it with the Para coin wallet when it comes. That is my guess at least.

But it is more tricky if you have your coins somewhere else than on one of the regular wallets, for then it depends if that place, for example, an exchange, supports this.

I remember when Bitcoin Cash fork was done from BTC, I had some BTC in Bitstamp Exchange, and they didn’t support BCH at that point, so there was no way for me to get my BCH. However, maybe a year later they decided to support BCH after all, and suddenly there appeared some BCH to my Bitstamp account, the exact amount of BCH that I had BTC in my Bitstamp account at the time the fork was done.

Pascal said today that Bitdorado App will support the Para coin, which based upon the whole context seems to mean that as long as you have Teloscoins in Bitdorado Turkey, you will also get the Para coins that belong to you.

He also mentioned that it is likely that Birake, Graviex, and SouthXchange exchanges would list Para coin in the future, but listing a coin is different from supporting getting those Para coins from your existing Telos coins at those exchanges at the time of the fork.
So there is no guarantee you will get any Para coins from your Telos coins that exist in any of those exchanges, and actually, Pascal even mentioned that he thinks that when it comes to Birake, that due to the DEX nature of that exchange, it might be technically very difficult to make it so that you would get your Para coins from the fork.

Hence if you really don’t want to keep your coins in your wallet, and Bitdorado Turkey is not an option for you, I would guess that Graviex and SouthXchange would be your best bets on getting your Para coins from your Telos coins that you have at the time of the fork.

However, do keep in mind that everything said here can still change, for it is not unusual for Pascal to change his mind on a whim and none of these things are set in stone yet in any way, which is also why I marked one of the categories of this article to be a “rumour”.

There is already a Discord channel opened to Para coin, which you can join by clicking this link:

Video about Alexandria – a Proof of Storage solution to Telos.

Just yesterday something interesting happened, a new video was released on Twitter which was about something named Alexandria (first time I see this name) and which seems to be the many times before mentioned upcoming Proof of Storage solution coming to Telos.

Notice I have categorized this post as a rumor. Fact is, video is out, but pretty much everything else in here is drawing lines between dots in which I might be right, or then not.

Proof of Storage have been mentioned/talked many times in the past as coming to Telos, and there was even a vote regarding magnetic links to make this possible for Telos.

If I correctly understood, magnetic links idea was that instead of Telos blockchain actually storing for example a video, Blockchain would only store some sort of link to this video, and this way Telos could sort of contain videos and other big files, although in practice the blockchain itself wouldnt be storing the actual data.

Looking at the video it is also showing AML-now, which suggests that Proof of storage is connected with KYC one way or other, which sounds very interesting in sense that others have not put KYC layer to the Proof of Storage before, which means that Telos Proof of Storage is likely going to be having some unique features that other Proof of Storages don’t have.

Video also mentions with Alexandria the alternative internet to which first steps were took with the HIVE browser some time ago already.

It all sounds awfully lot like some previous Telos services are finally coming together, like AmiCould, AML-Now, Proof of Storage, Hive, and Teloscoin of course.

Interesting times ahead. Stay tuned and buy the coins while you still can, soon they might cost too much for Joey Regular to buy them anymore.

Telos 3 is working fine and you can trade on Crex24 again

Its been a long while since I wrote about the state of blockchain of newest mandatory update to Telos, but let it now finally be assured that as far as I have understood, everything is fine with Telos 3, have been for a long time already actually.

Network is stable and no more random forking happening.

In addition, Crex24 and all exchanges that matter have updated their wallets from Telos 2 to Telos 3, so you can now trade again on exchanges without worrying if they have updated their wallets or not.

Update on Blockchain situation

Yesterday I wrote a rumour article about Blockchain being Frozen, and it seems the choice to make it rumour was a good one since at least currently it looks like pretty much all my guesses were wrong.

Although this time information might be more correct that in the previous post, I still feel unsure about this all and hence decided to categorize this one as a rumour article too, meaning there is a good chance everything I say here is wrong as it seems was the case with the previous article.

Anyway, to the situation.

If I understood right, the problem with the fork was that almost no one happened to be staking with new wallets at the moment the new fork happened.

On top of that, it seems that Bitdorado, which is likely the biggest staker in the whole Telosland, dropped out at last block. I still don’t know if this crash was accidental or intentional. Regardless, when the difficulty for the first block of the new fork was calculated, it was based upon stakers present during the second last block, which included bitdorado and all the old wallets staking at that point.

Since there were only very few wallets with only a few coins staking the next block, the first block of the new fork, difficulty was very difficult and during yesterday I think only 3 blocks got progressed forward.

Basically going on like this would have eventually solved the problem as far as I understood, but because there were syncing and forking problems there, Pascal figured out a better way.

Yesterday in Discord people were asked to help set up the network in a small circle.

Idea is to sort of manually setting up the network to work with a small number of people only at first. This is to prevent wrong working old wallets/nodes, etc. from getting to the network to hinder it, as well as being able to effectively monitor if one of the nodes/wallets is forking away from the rest.

When this new circle will run stable for 24 hours or something, it will be opened for the rest of the world to join too.

Right now the situation is, as far as I understood, that basically the network has been set up and it is even running somewhat well, but not exactly stable yet.

But it anyway seems to be going towards better all the time.
So my guess is that sometime tomorrow, Telos network will be joinable to everyone again.

Telos Blockchain in Frozen state currently.

I categorized this article as a Rumour article, since this article has very little facts but mainly just guesses, and I really don’t know much what I am talking about this time.

It appears that fact (perhaps the only fact in this article) is that Blockchain is currently frozen. I haven’t personally tried to start my wallet, so I haven’t confirmed this, but it appears no one in the Community channel is at the new blockchain, or at least not getting forward on it.

And then comes the rumors parts.

It would seem like this was actually planned by Pascal. Not sure exactly why, but it seems to have to do with flushing out scammers and troublemakers.

For some time already Pascal have said that there will come a fork, and then there will come another fork, and he have even mentioned of several forks coming in short while, to my understanding, to flush scammers etc. out.

And based upon talks in Discord, it seems like this Frozen state has something to do with community not having updated their wallets, how however, im not sure.

It also seems like this frozen state could last until Wallet3.0 is released unless of course community is able to do what they are supposed to do since basically based upon comments, it would seem like Pascal perhaps did the minimum required to do what he promised to do, but then he left the community to do the rest of the stuff that Community would be supposed to do, exactly with idea that he figured they wouldn’t, and this way to surprise all the scammers and troublemakers.

Anyway, right now seems like nothing happening on new Telos chain, and this will likely continue for a while (as in likely days)

But no worry, unless you are a scammer, your Telos should be safe, and it should be just a matter of time that things move forward again, and that time will likely be counted rather in days than weeks or months since Pascal mentioned of doing the wallet3.0 fork very quick and he has even mentioned of doing forks every 3 days perhaps for some time.

As far as I have understood, it is all part of the strategy. So relax and enjoy how scammers are finally getting punished in cryptoworld, now that is news worth telling about!

Buy and Light, the first third-party XBTX token project?

One of the more mysterious announcements happened about a week ago when Pascal made an announcement about the first third-party XBTX token project called Buy and Light.

Not much details were given upon what this is and what it means to Telosland, but I guess it is a good thing.

There was a video attached, which you can find from below, and a mention of a Billboard.ly-web address, which gives even less info than Pascal’s announcement did.

Perhaps in the future we will know more.

Telos Revolution coin fork coming in July

There was a lot of misunderstanding regarding this announcement, so let’s hope I can clarify the situation a bit.

First of all, nothing will happen until next July.

And on that next July, there is going to be a fork happening. This fork is a planned thing. It happened last July, and it will happen in future years Julys too unless something changes.

This mandatory fork on July has to do with some limits of blockchain technology which make it so that to make some fundamental changes to the coin, like changing Rewards, either requires them to having been planned in advance to happen automatically at some point, or then you have to do a fork to get them happen.

Because Telos wishes to be a democratic coin where everyone can vote what fundamental changes will happen with the coin, for example, rewards cant be planned in advance, since it can’t be known what will be voted by people in advance, and therefore the only option is to make a fork to get these fundamental changes to happen.

To avoid unpredictability, it had at the beginning been decided that fork would be done every year in July, bit like it is decided that there are political elections in countries every x years apart. Of course, if nothing is voted to change, then there is no need for a fork either.

Next July fork will, however, be slightly different since there will happen two different forks at the same time.

The first fork will be the usual mandatory fork where Telos fundamentals will be changed according to what people vote, just like last July.

You can right now go and vote to affect how Telos will work after next July and you can read more about the options from an earlier article about them in TELOSNEWS.COM.

Second fork will, however, be Pascal’s own fork that he will use as his playground to test some of his ideas to see how they would work.

This second fork will be called Telos Revolution, and NO, despite its name, it will not replace our Telos that we all have grown fond of.

Idea is simply that Pascal wants a Telos coin version which he will have full control. There will be no voting or anything regarding Telos Revolution, but it will be fully controlled by Pascal.

And NO, Pascal is not switching to support Telos Revolution instead of Telos, but he will continue developing and supporting Telos as usual, and Telos Revolution is just a playground for him.

Good news for us is, that as forks work in such a way that whatever coins you held at the moment that the Fork happened, you will then have them in both forks.

This means that if at the moment these two forks happen, you happen to have 100k Telos, You will then have 100k coins in Telos as well as 100k coins in Telos Revolution.

And even better, Pascal is actually planning on selling stuff against Telos Revolution too, meaning your money is sort of doubling.

So since there are two Telos coins, then should you start trading with them both then? Basically no.

The current plan of Pascals is that he doesn’t have plans on putting Telos Revolution into exchanges, which means that you can’t really trade with them, at least not the traditional exchange way. So that already shows that Telos revolution is not meant for trading, but just for Pascal to test his ideas, although he does give an option to use them to buy things.

What you should do is to continue using and trading with the Telos as usual, since Telos isn’t changing anywhere, it will stay as it is, and will continue to be supported and developed just like before. There will just come a test clone called Telos Revolution which main purpose may be being Pascal’s playground, but which happens to be positive to Telos owners as they can use their Telos Revolution coins to buy Pascals stuff too.

So only a good thing happening here, nothing bad. No need to panic or anything. Just enjoy this stroke of luck the current owners of Telos will have when the next fork, or two, happen next July.

a Milestone reached: Telos hacked

With Scam coins, you don’t need to worry about hackers, since the coin itself is sort of “hacked” so why would any hacker bother hacking it anymore when there is no money there except for the original “hacker”.

Telos has now reached a milestone by having gained an interest of hackers since even they think it is worth their time to make a hack to Telos to gain some.

This is also a good tip for any investor, thieves don’t rob empty warehouses, but they rob the ones full of gold.

To be fair, this isn’t the first time hackers have found it worthy of their time to find vulnerabilities in Telos, but we already have had our share of fake wallets and phantom nodes, but there is one difference this time. This time we reached another milestone where not only a hacker hacked but also someone even saw it worthy of dedicating a website for it.

There it is in all its glory – the first webpage dedicated to a Telos bug!

You might have noticed this news item is categorized in the rumors category, this is due to us not having confirmed this bug – for a reason.

So claim is that there is this alternative wallet that you can find from the before mentioned website.

When you use this wallet for staking, you would get more than your fair share of coins. The website claims of having used 30 000 coins for staking and having received 500 more coins in just one day, which sounds pretty good amount, basically an ROI of only 2 months, until everyone else starts using the same of course.

However, this test was made already a month ago, at a time it is actually known that some of the big wallets were not staking, hence it is bit questionable how effective that hack actually is, since there’s a chance that on a single day during that month, staking could have been that profitable anyway, just not for long term.

When the guy, who I suppose to be behind this website, reported about this problem to Pascal, Pascal basically said it was known by him already before and issue is such a minor issue compared to trouble fixing it, that feel free to expose this bug until it is being fixed at next natural fixing moment.

Anyway, if you like, and dare, feel free to download the alternative wallet and stake for example 30 000 coins to perhaps gain 500 coins a day, or perhaps lose 30 000 coins in less than a day, after all, reason, why we don’t, recommend you anything but official wallets is since there have been wallets before which purpose is simply to have access to your coins to move them out of your reach to the alternative wallet creators own wallets.

Maybe you gain some unfair staking rewards, or maybe you just lose a whole bunch of coins for the alternative wallet creator’s wallet. Your choice, Your risk. Personally I will keep away from that wallet, and so should You.

Malta Rumors

As reported earlier, Pascal was in the Malta Blockchain summit.

From this meeting, Pascal have already talked about some things, and here’s the summary:

Pascal have now made some new friends all the way between US and Dubai.

Then there is some IEO token based on ETH-XBTX about to become that will be released on Bitdorado. Since things are still kept a secret regarding this token, TELOSNEWS.COM doesn’t have anything else to tell you about that topic.

If I understood right, Pascal is actively looking at the possibility to whitelabel nodes in the network so that without permission you couldn’t be running nodes. Will this be the future of Telos/XBTX, I suppose the future will show and will also be up to voting. Regardless, It seems Pascal is already starting with Birake DEX White labeling although fork of Bitshare is already in the works, and with some extra unspecified surprise to it.

Pascal also mentioned some coins that he is planning to integrate into Telos, as long as these coins are willing to. Idea is that these coins have only one use case which is same that Telos already have as a use case too. Therefore it would make sense for them to instead of running their own use-case to join forces with Telos and have a chance to expand to much further than their single-use case allows them. He mentioned three coins specifically: Aliencoin, abay, atube.

Pascal also mentioned having talked with several agents, most of whom worked with multiple exchanges, and he’s eye got especially caught on www.biki.com, which seems to have a good amount of trading going on there. Will this soon be a new exchange for Telos, I guess we will soon find that out, or if not, then after a long time of wait we realize it.

Pascal had also met with Wirex, and while listing seemed possible, it did seem too expensive to do at this moment but worry not, Pascal already had a plan on how to target towards listing in unspecified future time.

It also seems he is convinced that in the next convention he will be ripping BSV into pieces by showing Telos use cases and the next thing to check next is Dubai as he has some friends there.

Ios Wallet is about to be free and is right now waiting for Apples approval due to their new updates again.

And as the last thing. The final Model of Bluephone should already be waiting to be cleared from customs. Might not be that long anymore that we have a chance to get one.

KryptoFriday ep.20 what did they talk about

So your Germany isn’t what it used to be anymore and you weren’t able to follow what they spoke about in KryptoFriday Episode 20.

No worry, Discord Username “Running_Wilson” did some investigative journalism and watched the episode and sent a summary to TELOSNEWS.COM about what all they discussed.

First of all there was a lot of talk about the upcoming wallet update with details about what the next version should hold as well as even about stuff that are planned to become only maybe a year later yet.

Notice by the way that this wallet update is NOT mandatory, so if you don’t want it, you don’t have to take it but you can as well do with your current wallet.

Due to the massive nature of the update, it is not going to be named regularly as 2.1 or something, but instead, in homage to certain movie franchise, it is going to be named version 33 1/3.

This new Wallet will be based upon PIVX 4, and it will include loads of improvements to interface, functionality, and looks.

One of the most telling changes is the reduced amount of memory needed. Before you would have needed 2Gb Ram, now you need only 200 Mb. That is memory reduction to only 10 percent of what it used to take!

Another one that might interest those interested in running master nodes is that setting up master nodes is made much easier with this wallet. Basically you are going to be getting quite far with just point n click system, as you click on the tier you want to set up and stuff you used to need to enter manually, will now get automatically set up for you.

There is even a plan that in future even the server-side would be automatically done by wallet, but that is not going to happen in this update yet.

Graphics will be very different from the current looks and will also include some useful rotational banners which can show places like Peertoro and Kryptobay, or even exchanges where Telos is available to be traded at.

In addition to wallet update, there was also talk about Polis co-operation in which Pascal confirmed that there was co-operation happening between Polis and Telos.

In the past Pascal hadn’t specifically noted Polis, but now it happened to be that Polis had adopted some same things Pascal was planning to adopt to Telos too, so why not co-operate instead of reinventing the wheel and both can benefit.

Polis should integrate Telos into it during next week (does it mean this or the next one? well, I guess we will soon find out) and Pascal have already taken a look at Polis App and says it looks very good.

There was talk also about Polis Credit Card into which Telos will likely get too since Polis guys are already hard working on that. If this happens, then you could pay with Telos on the go.

But as already mentioned, this is co-operation, so it isn’t onesided benefits, but as Telos is setting up its own exchange, with German licenses all, this was naturally of great interest to Polis too, and similarly it is planned that Polis will be included in Telos projects, like peertoro and Blueboxes will soon also include Polis Nodes in their offers.

Then there was also mention of the latest price development where the Price of Telos had gone from 45 SAT to 70-75 SAT, and it was wondered if we will reach even 80 SAT soon.

there was also a mention about upcoming Tangem Telos cards, but there was nothing that TELOSNEWS.COM hadn’t already reported in its article about Tangem notes coming to Telos and Subsidium.

There you have it. Thanks to Running_Wilson you can still keep ignoring your German classes.

Rumors: Third coin for Transcendence, Bluephone price drop, Vector codec for Videos

Quite a lot of talk have been happening on background that has not been news item worthy, mainly because they have not been official, yet something TELOSNEWS.COM readers will probably be interested anyway, hence this Rumors article. Nothing you read here is official unless otherwise stated, and these might, or might not happen. As of now, they are just rumors.

It is official that Bluephone is coming, however, as they have not been available to buy yet and exact details have been missing, TELOSNEWS.COM have therefore refrained from making a news item about it.

Bluephone, in short, is going to be a mobile phone. Okay, so do we need yet another mobile phone? Well, both Android and Applestore prohibit releasing master node running things. As Dev happens to have his own operating system Aeros, he is now in a position to make a phone which will be running a master node on the background. Mobile phones nowadays are anyway on and connected to the internet, usually 24 hours a day, so why not use it to run a masternode and let the mobile pay its price back and make even profit to have money to buy the next one.

Bluephone was originally supposed to be higher priced since the first run was going to be sort of a test run to those interested until the real consumer-run would come at some point in future which would be cheaper.

However, since HuobiGlobal Exchange has now talked of a plan to make a similar idea phone as Bluephone, Dev has revised his plan and is now planning to at least match Huobiglobals price.

Will this new pricing affect the original plan of including a 100k Telos node with each phone, that remains to be seen.

And how tight a fight are we going to get here, remains to be seen too. However, so far Dev has been commenting that what Huobiglobal have released details about their phone don’t yet match that of Bluephones, so at least currently we seem to be ahead of the game.

Yesterday Dev went on to meet with Transcendence Associates, to be more specific, board member of the coming exchange and YourBrainOnBlockChain partner.

Lots of things were discussed, among these even of a third coin for Transcendence Network.

The idea behind this third coin is very practical. HINT has released an AML4.0 standard, and as it happens to be, Dev already has talked about his VAN-player in 2015 (item 5), which has a codec that in his opinion is the best match for AML4.0 standard currently existing.

VAN can play Vector ANimation, which means that it can save for example Videos in Vector format making it take less space than current video streaming systems and it is completely lossless format in addition meaning that you can have an unlimited amount of resolution and zoom without it becoming a pixel mess.

This third coins main point seems to be in having blockchain for these videos. Basically Dev said coin would be similar to Civic, but more sophisticated, especially on video storage part.

Coins fundamentals would be different from the previous two (that be Telos and Subsidium). This time “mining” wouldnt be open, but you could buy nodes (perhaps through peertoro?) and earn revenue shares. There would also not be any fixed rewards amount.

Dev is planning to ask for EU fund for developing this third coin as it is the closest thing to AML4.0 standard currently, so I guess depending upon how goes with the EU funding, will also depend upon how fast we will hear more about this third coin possibility.

In addition to meeting with Transcendence Associates, they also made a call to Dach coin, and there was talk about a merge. I guess we might hear about this in the near future more, supposing it does happen. Part of the talk was about what will happen to DachExchange in case of a merge, whether it stays or not, and for how long.

While mainly the discussion was of a less concrete in nature about Bitdorado Exchange and other things, there was however one concrete decision too, which was to release a Greenbox. What this is, and what does it do, your guess is as good as mine. However, a hint is that Dev mentioned about CO2 certificate. So that plus the name, it probably has something to do with the environment.

There was also talk about using Bounties to encourage people to join Telos kiva.org team.

Kiva is an organization where you can loan people as little money as just 25 USD, and it will make a big difference to their life in making them be able to put up a business to earn their living, and in best case even get a growing business that will give living to more than just the one you originally loaned the money to. Not only is this very small money for most us, but you are even likely getting it back, in which case you can use it to change another one’s life again.

Short mention was that there was talk about marketing/fairs, nothing concrete mentioned about them but I guess we can expect more Gamescom kind of things to happen, which resulted in nice amount of things that you can read about in my previous rumors article regarding Gamescom.

And last was also a talk about new whitepapers. Not that I am personally that interested in them, but if you been waiting for updated ones, then perhaps they are coming too. Anyway, quite many seem to have it as a criterion that if no whitepaper, they don’t even dig any further, so perhaps it is good to have updated ones.

Gamescom roundup of what all happened regarding Telos

What happens at gamescom don’t stay at gamescom

As previously reported by TELOSNEWS.COM Gamescom was held from 20 – 24th of August 2019 and Telos was present there too.

In Addition to Dev hitting High Score at IK+ and our previous report about Retrodragonbox shop stocking IndieGO Console, lots of other things happened .

Lucky for you, you don’t need to find out about them yourself but TELOSNEWS.COM is here to give you a roundup of what Dev has so far revealed.

It appears Bluebox is going to be getting some sort of add-on regarding mining. This add-on will be designed by people experienced in FPGA based devices, and among their belly is, for example, the fastest Classic Amiga computer card currently existing.

Return Magazine is one of bigger Retro Gaming magazines, although in Germany only. Regardless, they are about to make an article about IndieGO Console and Telos.

Another magazine going to be making an article is Amiga Future Magazine, the biggest Amiga Magazine in the world and the one with whom Dev shared the booth with.

Speaking of Amiga, it seems Telos is about to get a strong foothold among Amiga Community.

First of all, there were talks of co-operation with Hyperion Entertainment, which is the company behind current official Amiga Operating System called AmigaOS4, and they have also made some amazing game and other ports to Amiga, including some drivers like graphics drivers for example.

Hyperion is also important for many Amiga Users in that to some of them it symbolizes the real Amiga way.

One of the things Hyperion was interested was selling IndieGo Consoles games for Amiga Computers. What makes this especially interesting is that new IndieGO games require the IndieGO AppStore to be present on the Amiga, making much more people get IndieGO Appstore to their Amigas.

This will then open up the next possibility which was talked, which was talks about funding future Amiga projects through governance.rocks. This would naturally make sense if lots of Amiga users are already having IndieGO Appstore in their machines and therefore are already used to using Telos coins for their purchases.

Amiga community is not only one to adopt IndieGO Appstore soon, but as was mentioned in the previous article shortly was mention about dragonbox shops Pyra handheld Device starting to sell also IndieGOs games in there. But what was left out was that dragonbox shop is actually planning to add IndieGO Appstore to these devices. With 7 500 sold Pyra Handheld devices, this gives quite a nice new potential for Indiego AppStore customer base growth.

There were naturally more talks with people, but worth a mention still is a man named Trevor Dickinson. Trevor is a Business Angel from New Zealand, and as it happens to be, one of his angel companies has something to do with Cryptos and he decided to put our Dev in touch with them. Will this result in anything? Who knows, but maybe even something big. Trevor and Dev are even planning to meet again at October in another event.

Another interesting thing that Dev got from the gamescom was that he found out a bit about how to publish a paper magazine and now he is giving a thought to publishing he’s own cryptocurrency magazine. Will this happen? We might find out in coming weeks as Dev finds out more about it.

See, this exactly why you need to read TELOSNEWS.COM. Just imagine how long finding all that would have taken you.
