In a funny twist with German laws and bureaucracy, we are now facing a situation where Ares is not selling to Europe anymore, except for Germany.

So if you reside either in Germany or somewhere else in the world but in Europe, you can still continue buying from Ares Computer normally. But for rest of the Europe, it is a no-go for now.

Based upon Pascal’s comments, this situation is likely going to change sometime at the beginning side of the next year.

It is good to remember that the real Telos Telegram group doesn’t sound so official actually, but is actually just called Teloscoin aka Transcendence Blockchain.

Well, sometimes news don’t travel so fast. Yesterday I was still planning on writing about how Coinopsy had listed Teloscoin to their “dead coins”- list, and now they already removed it from there.

Unfortunately this all happened at the wrong time since I was on a trip and I didn’t get to get even any screenshots about Teloscoin being on the dead coins list to show here.

Anyway, Coinopsy is a place that has started listing dead coins. Naturally actually finding out which coins are dead is very resource-taking, which I doubt they have, and hence they have this form where people can report about dead coins.

And while I have no actual knowledge, I suspect this is how Teloscoin ended there too, probably form filled by some certain group of people, and then Coinopsy happily listed Teloscoin as a dead coin, If I recall right, under “Scam or Other Issues”-category, which probably means that it was claimed to be a scam, pointing suspicion even more towards this before mentioned group of people who been shouting this scam accusation for a long time already.

However, it seems Coinopsy is interested in actually keeping their list accurate, and after being contacted about Teloscoin, they did remove it from the dead coins list.

However, do notice voting has been going on for several days already, and today should be the last day to rate/vote anymore.

Nanonations first vote for their nanozens have ended and result was to establish a more or less concrete army for Nanonation.

It is concrete in that people and in future, my guess Boston Dynamics, robots will be recruited to it. However, before getting to the robots, Nanonation first needs to get some more Telos in their banks.

For this reason, recruiting starts with humans. As an added bonus they decided to take a bit of a model from the US army system, in as while US Army pays for your studies, Nanonation pays your Nanonation citizenship making recruiting yourself in the army an alternative way to get to Nanonation. Don’t forget that it does cost 100K Telos after all, so not a bad recruitment bonus and might make some people interested to join just for that.

To be an effective army, guns are naturally needed, but no worries, all you need to do is to buy through nanonation webshop one of the compatible 3D printers, and nanonation will send you working gun models to print them out, and the rest of the instructions on how to use, assemble, shoot, and practice can be found from the former gunsrus.tv, nowadays bitstreams.tv.

The point with own Army is to be able to defend Nanonation in case some cryptocurrency laws are being passed that are simply unacceptable to Nanozens, as well as to fight against some other wrongs in the world.

After all, the question Nanonation posed is if Nanonation can solve some real-world problems, and depending upon you and other recruits, the answer might well be yes.

There is now a new WIP roadmap for 2021 available for Transcendence/Telos made by Pascal himself.

Before you get too excited about this, do notice couple of things.

First of all, Pascal dislikes Roadmaps, Whitepapers, and similar, he just rather does things, and this dislike once again shows on the Roadmap he made, not to mention, it says this is a WIP, as in Work-In-Progress, meaning not finalized.

Instead of having this new shiny thing to show off to everyone, it shows out that Pascal doesn’t really care much about making a roadmap but it was made rather as a burden than a pleasure.

For example, he didn’t bother to use even autocorrection to fix some of the simplest miss spellings, and you can also notice that the same page might be there twice, not to mention what he writes is not always easy to figure out what he means.

This all mentioned and taken into consideration, this roadmap however is well worth a read. While many spots might stay a bit unclear, and it definitely isn’t for the newcomer to understand it, it does contain lots of good information and tells about Pascals plans for the future, or at least to 2021, and it even explains some of his past decisions.

To recap what is my interpretation of this roadmap is, that first of all Pascal has had right from beginning a somewhat clear plan of where to head at and how things would work in the end, which is a good thing to know.

It also seems that Halal Cash Coin seems like something Pascal at least seems to be hoping a lot from, interesting especially when considering that it was only a couple of days ago that he mentioned he had sort of given up on it as byrocracy didn’t seem to be moving at all, but now that byrocracy did move, things are different again.

Another thing that comes out continuously is the message about Mass Adoption and there is even a sort of newbie guide which tells you how to get to Telos passive income in many easy ways, however, this part wasn’t clear enough to actually show to some newbie, but this all anyway seems to point to me the same as Pascal seems to have been talking on Discord too couple of times lately, that I think Pascal thinks we are starting to be on a point when Mass Adoption can begin.

A fair warning therefore that these might well be the last days to get Telos for cheap anymore. My guess is that as long as Pascal’s plan is a working one, I don’t think there will be cheap Telos available in 2022 anymore, but seems to me like Pascal will start his mass adaption plan during this year, 2021, but when?

A piece of slightly bad news on the other hand is that it is mentioned that Cryptomages next test period might not be until Q4 of 2021 due to other projects taking priority, so that is a long way to wait for those eagerly waiting, especially since what we saw last year looked good.

On a more interesting new ideas side, there is talk about both Nano Nations Universal Basic Income plan as well as talk about a New Internet to replace the current one and a bit of explanation why Pascal dislikes the current internet, which in short seems to have went to wrong road.

Although this roadmap doesn’t really reveal that much about the future in the sense that it is supposed to be a roadmap, if you like to get some insight into what is Pascal’s plan with all things Transcendence, this roadmap is well worth a read.

As mentioned in previous article, there is one more fork happening to TELOS in 2020 still, and this is also giving a chance to change TELOS fundamentals.

After weekend worth of discussion, or mainly lack of it, there is now vote going on about POS/MN split, that you too can participate.

As already mentioned before, discussion/vote is happening at Community Discord channel where you can now vote by picking your letter of choice under the announcement (see the picture below).

Collateral change is currently not happening and stays as it is, only thing that is going to change, unless discussions changes, would be the mentioned POS/MN reward split.

It wasn’t said when this voting will end, but I guess, soon. After all, there isn’t much of this year left anymore.

So by guess I would say you should rather vote instantly rather than later. I wouldn’t be surprised if by end of coming weekend, or even sooner, it would be too late to vote anymore.

Pascal have announced we are going to be getting one more Telos fork by end of this year still. Why exactly haven’t been told, but my guess is because there seems to be one exploit in current fork that have been taken advantage of.

You might want me to tell you what it is, but actually I am not technical enough to know it exactly. Hence I don’t even try, besides, less people know about it the better.

Now due to this fork going to be done, it also gives us a chance to change some of the Telos fundamentals, and Pascal is already suggesting changing Masternode Tiers from current 100k/300k/1M/3M/10M to 30k/100K/300K/1M/3M.

Due to this fork happening so soon in future, it is unlikely that there will come actual voting about any of the changes this time, but Pascal have informed people to come and talk to Community Discord Channel about changes if they wish to suggest something or give their opinion about possible changes.

Some time ago Pascal was talking of holding an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session, like he have had before, and today he repeated about that plan asking people to send their questions to him to prepare the answers in advance.

When will this AMA session be held, is not yet told, but when Pascal originally talked about it, he was talking of possibly holding it without any advance notice by just starting it at some point when he feels like doing it.

So maybe you are online to notice it, or maybe not, but that still doesn’t prevent you from making the questions burning in your brain for it since there is AMA-channel opened in Community Discord specifically to make your questions for Pascal to answer, and naturally that AMA session will be recorded and TELOSNEWS.COM will surely post you a link to it when it is available.

Someone threw a good idea, Pascal catched it, and only a couple of days later the land of Telos has a new product for people to throw their easy or hard-earned money at.

CPU mining is its own thing, and just like with your grandfathers Bitcoin ASIC Miners, it is always a question of Power Efficiency as in Power vs Energy consumption. However, unlike in Great Grandfathers Bitcoin machines, modern day CPU coins dont aim at getting Super Computer worth of power with a dedicated Nuclear Powerplant, but it is rather a quest for minimum Energy consumption with Maximum calculation power output.

For this Raspberry Pis and the rest have always been in miners interest, and while they are making more powerful versions of these little power horses, price tends to get up a bit too.

One of the more interesting ones currently in the market is the Vim3 board, but the cost is around 150 Euros, hence making them being a bit on the expensive side of things for miners with alternatives.

However, Pascal is now going to be putting a special order of customized Vim3 boards specifically aimed at miners by stripping down all the unnecessary stuff for miners, and leaving mainly the stuff needed, and as it happens to be, this drops the price quite much, actually, all the way to make it less than 100 Euros a board already, and if more orders come, the price might drop even more.

And yes, that is the nice part, he is not ordering just for himself, but he gives a chance for anyone else to join the order too, and this way the price could drop even more if enough buyers show up.

Currently he is offering 6 different options:

Early Bird, Miner Edition, Miner XBTX Edition, Miner Teloscoin Edition, Miner NHS Edition, and Cluster Editions.

Since there is lot of confusion on discord about this offer, I like to point out first that there is only one version of the board. So regardless which Edition you buy, you will always end up getting the same customized vim3 board, and regardless of the version you buy, you will be able to do exactly same with any edition, with possibly one exception.

The first four options, Early Bird, Miner Edition, XBTX and TELOSCOIN editions are very much one and same thing, with only difference being the method of pay.

If you buy XBTX edition, you will pay with XBTX.

If you buy TELOSCOIN edition, you will pay with Teloscoin.

You buy Miner edition or early bird edition, and you will pay with something else than XBTX/TELOS, as example, with Euros.

Especially with basic Miner Edition and Early Bird edition, only difference is the price. Early Bird edition, as name suggests, is meant for those who order first, and at some point Early Bird editions will run out of stock.

There is absolutely no reason to buy regular miner edition unless you for some reason dont want to touch XBTX/Teloscoin at all but just want to buy the machine and miss the T-Shirt.

In addition, Teloscoin Edition brings even more benefit.

First of all, you will get 3 percent discount when paying with Teloscoin, this means that except for the Early Bird and cluster options, Teloscoin Edition is the cheapest.

And better than 3 percent discount on price, is the option to have Colocation for free.

For those who dont know what colocation means, it means that you wont receive the machine home, but it will instead stay at blueboxing.net offices ran by them, and they will even pay the electricity.

By other words, you dont lose any space and on top of that the board operates for free.

NHS is Pascals NoHumanS, which I am not entirely sure what exactly it means in this case since as far as I know only Pascal owns any of them and hence I dont think it means the method of payment like with the other editions, but the price is around 10k Euros, and unfortunately, I am not able to tell any more about it, except it probably has to do with Pascals bot trading system where no humans are supposed to be involved, but only AI. But why the high price etc. no clue.

Second is the Cluster Editions.

Cluster edition means that you are buying at least 100 of these boards and they all work together. This is also why this option has a bit of extra price since it will take some work to set up and needs some equipment etc. to connect them all together. However, what makes this very appealing option is the colocation option, which is actually the only option for non-Germans, taking no space from you, and on top of that, Blueboxing will even pay for the electricity, meaning that theoretically you will one day be on the winning side just because of not needing to pay the electricity.

You could also choose to pay for example 100 or 200 VIM3 boards at once and get even more discount on the price. For example, buying 200 boards at once would drop the price by about another 10 percent compared to the early bird edition price.

Yep, you read that right. Pascal finally shut down the official Transcendence Discord channel and quite suddenly too due to an annoying argument in that Discord channel.

Now while this news might sound shocking, no need to panic, however, since this sounds much worse than it is.

While Pascal might have done this move on a whim, it wasn’t completely unplanned. Pascal had thought about shutting down Official Discord a couple of times before, both when annoyed as well as when restructuring his plans.

For personally I think he always had a love-hate relationship with the Discord channel. It seems to me at the same time he loves to talk with the fans, but also hates the time it takes.

It has been very clear from several discussions in Discord that Pascal feels he is losing time from much more important projects from Telos community point of view too when he’s been talking in Discord, and for a long time he has been seeing it as a problem that needs to be solved.

Pascal had very clearly been planning to move more towards the background and hoping Community to take over more of Telos, that instead of him being the face of Telos, he was hoping Community to be the face of the Telos. One of the bigger moves towards this was when he announced the community jobs. Idea was that he was hoping there had come more people from Community, even some new blood to fill all these positions and he himself could have stayed more on the background.

However, there hasn’t been an exact rush of job applicants on those jobs, so for this, I have to say to you, the community, step up more!

If you feel you are not good enough, so arent the rest. As long as you get voted for the job position, you can stay there until next time someone else is voted. If you do a bad job, well, at least you tried.

So go on and run on to one of these positions, or find even some completely new blood to fill them. People without crypto experience are welcome too, since they think outside the box from our point of view and might help with plans to make the Telos mass adaption better.

Anyway. Official Transcendence Discord is now shut down, but Unofficial Community Transcendence Discord is well up and running, and Pascal himself is there too.

While it might look bad being such a sudden move, I am sure in the long term this is for the better, for now, Pascal finally can focus more on things that actually take Telos forward instead of looking at Discord (although I am pretty sure he will still be using more than a healthy amount of time in Community Discord).
